The role includes conducting interactive workshops, fostering curiosity, and guiding students in building simple experiments and projects that strengthen their foundational understanding.
Strong knowledge in basic electronics, robotics, coding, or general STEM concepts
Ability to simplify complex topics for school students
Creative teaching methods and activity-based learning approach
Patience and passion for working with young minds
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
